METHOD FOR CONTROLLING CALL OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION AND SYSTEM THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for controlling receiving call of a mobile communication system and a system thereof are provided to analyze a type of receiving subscriber when a sending subscriber attempts a receiving, thereby permitting receiving only for a sending subscriber who is permitted for receiving when the subscriber is an receiving subscriber subscribed to a service. CONSTITUTION: A base station(120) receives a ring signal generated by sending subscriber and transmits the signal to MME(Mobility Management Entity)(130). The base station pages the sending subscriber when paging is requested. When a ring signal is generated, the MME analyzes a type of a receiving subscriber and determines the need of a receiving restriction. When the receiving restriction is needed, the MME compares a sending number of the sending subscriber with registered receiving permit number. When the sending number is the receiving permit number, the MME pages the receiving subscriber through the base station.
