PURPOSE: A mobile terminal having an image projector and a control method thereof are provided to enable the image projector to use project surface projecting the outside surface, thereby displaying and controlling a web browser variously and conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(151) displays a first display. A projection module(155) projects a second display on the outside surface. When a first webpage is displayed on the first display by performance of a web browser, a control unit(180) displays some part of the first web page to the second display. After at least one part of the first web page is displayed on the second display, the control unit maintains displaying contents of the second display regardless of contents displayed on the first display.
