PURPOSE: A descending device using wire is provided to eliminate the risk of rope exposed to flames and to enable users in each floor to escape from the building safely. CONSTITUTION: A descending device using wire includes: a wire groove(11) in which the wire is placed in the front surface of the wire groove; an annular handle(12) and a hook(16) which are installed at lateral edge; a loop check pin(13) which rotates the loop in the state of fixing the loop; an annular auxiliary grip(12a) which is installed at the other end part; more than one foldable binding member(15) which is operated in an opening and closing while the binding members being combined with an auxiliary body; a main body(10) which has a belt coupling loop in the bottom part; a wire groove(21) which accepts the wire corresponding to the front surface of the wire groove; an annular handle(22) which is installed at lateral edge; a loop check pin(23) which fixes the loop of the main body; and a foldable binding member(25) which is slide-operated and is combined with the other end part of the main body.
