PURPOSE: A mattress type phototherapy apparatus using low-level color laser is provided to increase the effect of phototherapy in a specific area of human body and to give comfortable and easy phototherapy to a patient. CONSTITUTION: A mattress type phototherapy apparatus using low-level color laser includes; a power supply unit(100) which supplies drive power; a laser output part(200) which selectively operates a low-level color laser lamp; a manipulation part(300) which configures and inputs the operational position of the low-level color laser lamp and the color output wavelength and operation time; a controller(400) which selectively operates each low-level color laser lamp and outputs the output wavelength and operation timing order; and a laser driver(600) which drives the low-level color laser lamp according to the order outputted from the controller, predetermined output wavelength and operation time.
