PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing recycled polyol having increased functional groups and polyurethane using the same are provided to improve properties including compressive strength, flexural strength, and thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing recycled polyol having increased functional groups comprises the following steps: obtaining powder by shattering waste polyurethane foam; putting 30-100 parts by weight of glycol, 0.01-10 parts by weight of a catalyst, 5-30 parts by weight of pentaerythritol or sorbitol into a reactor; manufacturing the recycled polyol by reacting the material at 100°C-300°C for 30 minutes-15 hours; and separating impurities using a filter.
