<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treating apparatus where soil is efficiently separated by using a separation membrane while restraining the membrane from being clogged by reducing adsorption of organic materials on the membrane and aerobic treatment to use aerobic bacteria can be also efficiently carried out and to provide a water treating system provided with the apparatus. SOLUTION: This water treating apparatus 10, where raw water is subjected to solid-liquid separation and the contaminant in the raw water is treated biologically, has an aeration tank 11, a separation membrane module disposed in the tank 11, an air diffusing means which is disposed under the separation membrane module in the tank 11 for supplying an oxygen-containing gas to the separation membrane module and a carbon fiber unit 13 disposed on the whole outer periphery of the separation membrane module in the tank 11. An aerobic atmosphere is kept inside the unit 13 and activated sludge containing aerobic bacteria is adsorbed on the surface of the carbon fiber so that the aerobic treatment can be efficiently carried out.</p> |
