<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recovering a useful material by which not only the treatment of ready-mixed concrete sludge, but also the treatment of wide range of wastes can be carried out, i.e., granular products having a quality equivalent to the quality of virgin raw materials can be efficiently manufactured from a wide variety of the wastes, and consequently, a refuse derived material suitable for recycling can be economically provided. SOLUTION: This equipment has a settling device 1 which settles and separates starting materials, a drying and crushing device 3 which dries the materials subjected to the treatment by the settling device to a moisture content about <=25% by hot air drying and crushes the materials to a grain size about <=30 mm during the course of drying, crushing device by wind power which has an inclined cyclone 4 using the circling air draft for charging the dry sludge after the drying and crushing and carries out a pulverization treatment to the sludge until its grain size attains <=250μm or its specific surface area attains >=4,000 cm<2> /g (air permeation type Blaine's measuring method), and a catch-and-storing device which catches and stores the pulverized particles obtained by the crushing device by the wind power. A cleaning and classifying sieve for cleaning and classifying the starting materials is arranged at need in the preprocess step of the settling equipment.</p> |
