PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus with a waterproof function between a replacement battery and the apparatus and with a waterproof function to which a main body of the replacement battery is oscillatably attached, in an apparatus with a waterproof function capable of inserting and extracting the replacement battery. SOLUTION: In a battery adaptor with a waterproof function for inserting and extracting a battery pack body 30, the clearance between an adaptor and a battery lid member 26 is closed with a waterproof sheet 34. A contact part 37 and a rubber cushion 38 are formed at an attaching member 36 attached to the lid member 26 covered with the waterproof sheet 34.
