In a revolving cylinder swash plate pump in which a block face engages a valve face, the block face and/or the valve face have lubrication grooves 28 and/or 30 which are connected by passages 19 to annular grooves 20 around parts of the cylinder bores which are not uncovered by the pistons so that the grooves 20 are supplied with liquid which passes between the piston and cylinder walls and which flows to the grooves 28, 30 to lubricate the contacting faces. |
