The method comprises pressing a head (2) of a needle-shaped embossing tool (1) existing out of diamond, hard metal, glass or ceramics under use of a positioning device on different places of the surface of a blank (3) made of aluminum or hot age-hardenable aluminum alloy or monocrystalline material, where on all pressing positions, recesses (4) are embossed and/or breakthroughs are produced. Micro- or nano hardness tester that measures the local hardness of the surface according to Vickers method is used for embossing the recesses or producing breakthroughs of different places of the blank.
