<p>A method and system for establishing a P2P communication connection between mobile stations in a cellular communication system are provided, in which a first mobile station transmits a first request message requesting setup of a P2P communication connection to a base station, receives a neighbor table including information about mobile stations capable of P2P communications with the first mobile station from the base station, selects a second mobile station with which to establish the P2P communication connection using the neighbor table, and establishes the P2P communication connection with the second mobile station.</p> |
