PURPOSE: A biomarker composition for determining Hanwoo(Korean beef) eye round is provided to determine certain part of Hanwoo by proteomic analysis. CONSTITUTION: A biomarker composition for determining Hanwoo(Korean beef) comprises alpha-actinin-3, alpha-actinin-2, and calcium/calmodulin-dependent 3',5'-cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase. Alpha-actinin-3 has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 6, 10297 kDa of molecular weight, and 5.31 of pI value. Alpha-actinin-2 has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 7, 103788kDa of molecular weight, and 5.31 of pI value.
