PURPOSE: An entry board for drilling a printed circuit board is provided to solve the problem that resin on an entry board of a printed circuit board adheres to a drill bit during drilling of the printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: An entry board for drilling a printed circuit board is manufactured by coating an adhesion promoter(23) having polarity on an aluminium thin plate(10) and extrusion-coating polyethylene resin(33) on the adhesion promoter. The polyethylene resin is PE(Poly-ethylene) or EVA(Ethylene- Vinyl-Acetate). The thicknesses of the aluminium thin plate is 80~150um, and the thickness of the polyethylene resin layer is 20~40um.
