“pompil” vacuum device for intramuscular and hypodermic injections

A vacuum device is offered for carrying out of the intramuscular and hypodermic injections, based on the use of effect of medical device fixing on a patient body site by suction due to creation of underpressure degree necessary for it by means of aerodynamic connection to a vacuum vessel, in which cavity the underpressure is created in advance. The medical device which provides fixing on a patient body, is made in the form of cylindrical tube segment in which internal cavity two pistons are installed with the possibility of slipping on its longitudinal axis. The bottom piston is used as a container in which the disposable or reusable syringe filled with required doze of medical product is installed and fixed. The top piston which is installed in the cylindrical tube, has mechanical contact to a rod of injection syringe. In the bottom part of the cylindrical tube from its external side along a forming cylindrical surface two connecting pipe are made connecting by hollow tubes with the vacuum vessel.The distance of unions from each other on a vertical is calculated so that automatically to provide technological faultlessness of carrying out инъeкциoнныx procedures irrespective of qualification of the operator.
