PURPOSE: A railway vehicle wheel chair lifting apparatus is provided to mount and use a foothold frame easily using sliders which are able to extend and rotate. CONSTITUTION: A holder frame(130) is fixed on the floor of a railway vehicle. Sliders(120) are formed on both sides of the holder frame and extend by the sliding action. A foothold frame(110) is hinged on one end of the slider, and mounted on the holder frame by being folded when not in use. The folded foothold frame is spread to be used.
