PURPOSE: A high-pressure jetting excavation method and a ground improvement excavator with a high-pressure water jet function for the same are provided to excavate ground with improved drilling speed and reduced vibration and noise by jetting water stream in a sector form. CONSTITUTION: A ground improvement excavator with high-pressure water jet function comprises an auger drive(1), a gear box, a swivel(3), a drilling rod(4), an excavation agitating blade(5), a drilling bit(6), a high-pressure hose(7), and a jetting nozzle(8). The auger drive is coupled to heavy equipment. The gear box is formed in the lower part of the auger drive. The swivel is formed in the gear box. The drilling rod is coupled with the swivel. The excavation agitating blade and the drilling bit are formed on the outer portion and bottom of each drilling rod. The high-pressure hose is coupled to a high pressure swivel(11) and provides high pressure water. The jetting nozzle is connected to the high-pressure hose and sprays high pressure water in a sector form.
