A device for rough grinding ball blanks with two driving out-of-line wheels that rotate in one direction at different speeds, the lower of which is rigidly mounted with possibility of horizontal and vertical movement of a spring-loaded conical separator. The upper wheel is flat and is made in the form of a faceplate of diamond of different grain sizes and the lower wheel has the spring-loaded conical separator with working windows of oval shape, size of circles of which are for 10-15 % larger than the ball diameter. |
