An actuating device of a chisel cultivator comprises a frame, a tine, a support and a ripper. The tine is mounted in front of the support with a gap and a hinging connection between them. In doing so C-like resilient elements fixed by one edge on the front surface of the support are mounted in the gap between the leg and the support higher and lower of the hinge and contact the rear surface of the leg by projecting parts thereof through wear-resistant footstep bearings.
