PURPOSE: A movement sensing device of a liquid conductor, an accelerometer thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily control a design value. CONSTITUTION: A guide part(230) stores a liquid conductor and guides the movement of the conductor. An electric wiring part(240) comprises a plurality of electric routes crossing the guide part and are electrically connected to one among the electric routes by the liquid conductor. A detecting part is connected to an electric wiring part. The detecting part detects the movement of the liquid conductor by using the change of the electric route.
