The invention relates to the by-product coking industry, in particular to a construction of device for trapping of dust and gas emissions during coke drawing from horizontal coke ovens. A device for trapping of dust and gas emissions at coke drawing from horizontal coke ovens contains jacket, mounted on the platform of door-extracting machine, inside of which the coke guide of this machine is installed, means for trapping of dust and gas, dust and gas collector, installed at the top of the jacket, and thermal protective screen, installed with split on the bottom part of machine platform. The means for trapping of dust and gas are made in the form of mortises in the thermal protective screen and machine platform and located on both sides of the jacket, asymmetrically to its horizontal axis. The mortises from above are blocked by the pockets, which are connected with dust and gas collector, which, in its turn, by means of the socket, is connected with discharge collector of the system for aspiration and depuration of gases. The thermal protective screen can be made from netted-shaped or cycloidal in cross section metalware, coated by fire-protective stoves. The invention provides for effective prevention of platform deformation from heat shock, trapping of dust and gas, and increasing of operating time of its work. |
