PURPOSE: A method for providing a customized educational service, a system and a computer readable recording medium of the same are provided to systemically diagnose an academic achievement and a mental state of a user and recommend a learning program which is suitable for the user, thereby providing an educational service suitable for the user. CONSTITUTION: If a personal information is inputted, a server prepares to provide a service(S110). Test questions for diagnosing an academic achievement of a user(S120). The responds of a user is totalized and graded(S130). A report indicating the test result of an academic achievement is provided based on the totalization and the grade(S140). Based on the academic achievement test result, a learning program suitable for the user is recommended(S150).
