FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for processing wastes of metallurgical production, in particular for processing greased scale and slurry of metallurgical production. Proposed method comprises accumulation of scale and slutty in slam tanks, their delivery to processing location and their processing. Processing comprises initial stock disintegration in continuous rotary-pulsation-cavitation apparatus, solid-to-fluid ratio making 1:3 and inlet surplus pressure making 4 atm, and feeding material into floatation machine with extraction of hydrocarbons into foam product and lead-chamber product directed to second stage of disintegration for more complete opening of iron grains. After repeated disintegration, pulp is directed to wet magnetic separation to be performed in separators with permanent magnets to produce graded iron-containing concentrate cleaned of hydrocarbon impurities. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 1 dwg |
