FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sising of loose material and can be used in mining-and-processing industry, gold mining industry, construction and agriculture. Proposed device comprises housing, sifting surface consisting of rotary drum with rings and distance between rings varying depending upon extracted grain size, with lengthwise braces between said rings, said surface directing separated material flow. Aforesaid drum made up of rings is secured in cantilever to housing. Said drum houses inclined tray to directed separated fraction into funnel. Loose material compaction plate is fitted above said sifting surface. There is a disk arranged on the cantilever side of the drum and a ring thrusting against free running rolls on the opposite side. Device can be furnished with additional drums and funnels arranged one above the other. Note here that amount of drums and funnels depends upon size fraction. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of loose material separation, reduced wear of sifting surface rings. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
