FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to pharmaceuticals applied for skin protection against chemical and biological damage factors, bacterial or fungal infections, for prevention of occupational skin diseases, for prevention of contact dermatitis, including allergic dermatitis, and also for first aid and following treatment of wound defects of skin, soft tissues or mucous membranes and can be used in the industry, building, agriculture, medicine and everyday life.
