FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fodder products for farm livestock and poultry. Method for production of fodder yeast biomass includes preliminary treatment of vegetable raw materials by hydrolysis and growing yeast in produced hydrolysate. Preliminary treatment of substrate is carried out with acid hydrolysis at pH of 0.8-1.3, temperature of 118 - 123C for 30 minutes.
