摘要 FIELD: electrical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed electrode applied on solid electrolyte layer consists of solid electrolyte particles with mixed or ion conductivity and porous sections of electrically conducting material from crystalline column structures of electrically conducting materials in contact with solid electrolyte particles and solid electrolyte layer surface via sublayer of electrically conducting clusters consisting of not inter-bonded agglomerates with size of 0.5-5 mcm that occupy 40 to 80% of solid electrolyte surface.
