Summary of the invention: extinguishing agent includes gaseous deterrent - nitrogen, liquid flame retardant, and it also contains liquid ammonia or ammonia solution of ammonium carbonate or ammonium bicarbonate or carbamide or a mixture thereof, and as a liquid inhibitor 85% orthophosphoric acid mixed with water and gas - propellent - carbon dioxide or its mixture with air is used at the following component ratio: 85% orthophosphoric acid in the amount of 40-48 wt %, water 20-40 wt %, carbon dioxide or a mixture of carbon dioxide from the air -3-7 wt %, liquid ammonia or an ammonia solution of ammonium carbonate or ammonium bicarbonate or urea or their mixture - 8-10 wt %, gaseous deterrent - nitrogen - the rest.
