FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Elongation of tibia and bringing down fibula are performed. Ankle joint fork is formed by means of osteosynthesis of tibia and fibula at the level of distal metaphysic by partial "petal" splitting off of cortical lamina from tibia and fibula with placing them on each other with formation of bridge. Additional fixation is performed by alloptransplant laminas laid on the bridge and Kirschner' wires. ^ EFFECT: method ensures formation of correct anatomical ratios between tibia and fibula, reduction of deformation recurrence at older age. ^ 6 dwg
