FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ultrasonic diagnostics, and is intended for estimation of blood flow in left gastric artery. Duplex scanning is carried out from epigastric access. Left gastric artery is presented in B-mode, colour Doppler mapping is carried out. Colour locus of gastric artery is detected, diametre is estimated. Qualitative and quantitative indices are studied with evaluation of standards in mode of pulse-wave Doppler. If deviation of spectral qualitative and/or quantitative characteristics is detected, changes of blood flow in left gastric artery and presence of pathology in vascular wall or pathology of organ hemodynamics supplied with it are determined. ^ EFFECT: method allows to estimate anatomical location and structure of vessel and state of its hemodynamic characteristics. ^ 2 ex, 3 dwg |
