PURPOSE: An electronic tax invoice system and a method thereof with an incentive offer link are provided to display a link for providing an incentive to a nonmember terminal when nonmember inquires an electric tax invoice, thereby enabling a nonmember to be provided with the incentive through simple link click. CONSTITUTION: An electronic issuing unit(31) stores an electronic tax invoice to an electronic tax invoice DB by inputting information of a user. An incentive link control unit(32) inquires whether a user is a member or not by using company name or business registry number. If the user is nonmember, the incentive link control unit transmits a link for providing an incentive. If a link click event occurs, the incentive assigning unit(33) stores at least one incentive value to incentive DB. |
