PURPOSE: A device and a method for processing medical data of a client terminal are provided to improve diagnosis accuracy by simultaneously displaying medical record and medical images on a viewer. CONSTITUTION: An image receiver(120) receives medical images of a patient from an capsule endoscope. A medical record receiver(110) receives a medical record of the patient from a patient management system server. A viewer(130) displays the medial image and the medical record of the patient. An annotation generator generates an annotation about the medical images displayed on a viewer. A medical data file generator(160) generates a medical data file including the medical images, the medical records, and the annotation. A medial data file storage unit(170) stores a medical data file on a record medium.
