PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing thermoplastic polyurethane or polyvinyl chloride sheet is provided to prevent decoloration and to ensure gloss and clear color. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing thermoplastic polyurethane or polyvinyl chloride comprises: a step of forming coloring layer forming a colored layer(2); a step of forming resin layer(4) having heavy and medium weight from 2 micron to 10 micron; a step of depositing aluminum on the upper surface of the resin layer; a step of removing resin film from multilayer sheet; a step of applying adhesive on the upper surface of the aluminum depositing layer; and a step of laminating the colored layer on the upper surface.
