PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball lifting device which is installed in a ball lifting device storage part of a Pachinko island base and lifts Pachinko balls by a conveying belt, the ball lifting device having the widened installation space of equipment provided inside the Pachinko island base. SOLUTION: The lowering surface of the conveying belt 15 is pressed to a position to be housed inside the other side face of a lifting cylinder body 12 by an upper pressing lower 60 at the upper part of the ball lifting device 10, and the lowering surface of the conveying belt 15 is pressed to the state of being housed inside the other side face of the lifting cylinder body 12 by a first tension roller 31 at the lower part of the ball lifting device 10. Thus, since the entire ball lifting device 10 can be made slim, the horizontal width dimension of the ball lifting device storage part 3 is narrowed.
