PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance diagnostic apparatus in which both the easiness of attaching/detaching of the RF coil unit for the gantry, and the sealing property of air space formed between the RF coil unit and the cover are attained. SOLUTION: A radio frequency coil unit includes a cylindrical inner tube 41, a plurality of flanges 41a, 41b arranged in such a manner that each of the plurality of the flanges provided in a state of protruding outside from the inner tube 41 while in contact with the whole outer circumference surface of the inner tube 41, and a cylindrical external tube 44 in which each of the plurality of the flanges 41a, 41b is provided in a state of contacting an inner side thereof, wherein the chassis forms a flow path of cooling air as a space surrounded by the inner tube 41, and the plurality of flanges 41a, 41b, and a radio frequency coil which is mounted on the inner tube 41 or the external tube 44 to be positioned in the space surrounded by the inner tube 41, the plurality flanges 41a, 41b, and the external tube 44.
