<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coiler wheel with a sliver conduit, for preventing fiber dust deposited in the sliver conduit from being adhered to a sliver. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the coiler wheel 12 with the sliver conduit 10 for feeding the sliver 70 while rotating to deposit the sliver in a can 80, a hole 11 as a communication portion for permitting the communication of air between the inside and the outside of the sliver conduit 10 is formed in the sliver conduit 10.
