<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange in parallel a pair of leaf springs for holding an optical component so that the optical component can move on a plane orthogonal to a photographic optical axis. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A CCD holder 65 in which a CCD 37 is incorporated is held by a pair of leaf spring sections 68b for a pitch direction and a pair of leaf spring sections 69b for a yaw direction, which can be freely elastically deformed on the plane orthogonal to the photographic optical axis L. Since the pair of leaf spring sections 68b for a pitch direction and the pair of leaf spring sections 69b for a yaw direction are integrally formed of a sheet metal member 68 for a pitch direction and a sheet metal member 69 for a yaw direction obtained by perpendicularly bending a pair of parallel sides of leaf spring material made of metal and having square shape, the metal members 68 and 69 have high parallelism.
