<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device, an image forming system and a program, capable of reducing electric power consumed by a plurality of image forming devices, compared with that in conventional ones. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control part of the image forming device acquires information indication a state of the other image forming device, and controls the electric power supplied to each constitutive element, to bring the image forming device (own device) into an electric power saving mode, when confirming the absence of the other image forming device of the electric power saving mode, based on the acquired information. The electric power consumed in the plurality of image forming devices is reduced thereby compared with the case of starting up the plurality of image forming devices while changing start-up timing (i.e. compared with that in a conventional system).
