PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus improving temperature controllability when switching between heating and cooling. SOLUTION: A steam supply pipe 15 is connected to a jacket part 2 of a reactor 1 through a heating fluid tank 24. A cooling vacuum tank 16 is connected to the left side of the jacket part 2 of the reactor 1 through a pipeline 14. A lower part of the jacket part 2 is connected to a nozzle part 12 of an ejector 6 through a discharge pipe 19. The heating fluid tank 24 and the cooling vacuum tank 16 are respectively switched when switching to heating and cooling. A heating process and a cooling process can thereby be switched without a time delay, and temperature controllability can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
