PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load sensor for detecting highly accurate load in a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The load sensor 1 is constituted of combination of a body 2 for supporting both ends with a base part 3 mounted on a fixed side and a strain generating part 4 for being elastically deformed for the base part 3 and having a movable part 5 displaced by a relative position for the base part 3 in response to applied load, and a VR sensor part 18. Concretely, the load sensor arranges a stator core 19 provided with a primary coil 20 and a secondary coil 21 in a base part 3 side and a movable core 22 in a movable part 5 side respectively, changes position relationship of the coils 20, 21 of the stator core 19 side and the movable core 22 when load is applied on the movable part 5 to generate displacement, and changes a magnetic resistor acting on a magnetic flux generated with the primary coil 20.
