PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator unit which has an appropriate number of fins and a fin forming pitch so that the fins are not aligned while fixing portions for coupling and fixing are formed on the outer circumferential surface. SOLUTION: The stator unit 4 is structured by stacking a plurality of laminate plates 40 of the same ring shape in an axial direction. The laminate plates have a plurality of fixing portions 41 formed at an equal pitch in the circumferential direction on the outer circumferential surface of the laminate plates, and a plurality of fins 45 protruding from the outer circumferential surfaces between the fixing portions at an equal pitch in the circumferential direction. When the stacking phase of the laminate plates is made different by a forming pitch of fixing portions and when the fixing portions are stacked in alignment with the axial direction, distances between the fixing portions and protruding portions adjacent in the circumferential direction to the fixing portions are set so that the fins of adjacent laminate plates show a predetermined offset amount in the circumferential direction.
