<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof case with a compass for allowing a photographer to conveniently confirm the azimuth that the direction of the waterproof case body, namely the direction of a built-in camera is not the desired direction, during photographing underwater by the waterproof case having the built-in camera, by disposing the compass at a position of a waterproof case easily seen by the photographer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this waterproof case with the compass, the compass is disposed at a place that is outside the waterproof case body and can be visually recognized in the waterproof case having the built-in camera.
