<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module with a small number of lenses that can achieve further reduction in size, a camera using the camera module, and a cell phone with the camera. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The camera module 1 includes: a prism 3 that reflects the light incident from the object side at a predetermined angle to the image side; lens groups 5, 7 and 9 disposed on the image side of the prism 3; and an imaging body 13 disposed on the image side of the lens groups 5, 7 and 9 for forming an image on the surface.
