<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling performance of a refrigerating device while reducing compression power of a compressor for supercooling in a supercooling circuit, in the refrigerating device including a refrigerant circuit performing a vapor compression type refrigerating cycle, and the supercooling circuit for supercooling a refrigerant flowing in the refrigerant circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The supercooling circuit (10a) is provided with: intermediate pressure lines (7b, 5) connecting an intermediate pressure expansion valve EV2 connected to a branch pipe (3a) branched from a high pressure liquid line (3) of the supercooling circuit (10a), and an intermediate port provided so as to be opened in a compression chamber at an intermediate pressure position in the compressor (11) for supercooling; a first supercooling heat exchanger (14) disposed over the intermediate pressure lines (7b, 5) and a first liquid side communication pipe of the refrigerant circuit; and a second supercooling heat exchanger (15) disposed over the intermediate pressure lines (7b, 5) and second liquid side communication pipes (80a, 80c) of the refrigerant circuit.
