<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for an opening-closing device which can efficiently scrape out not only dust deposited on the surface of an opening-closing body but also dust accumulated in a recessed connection part between slats constituting the opening-closing body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cleaning device includes a rotary brush 11 that removes foreign matter adhered on an opening-closing body 3 which is provided in an opening-closing device 1 and is slid for opening/closing. The rotary brush 11 includes a rotating shaft 11a and a plurality of brush pieces 11b that are provided on the outer periphery of the rotating shaft 11a, have a predetermined length, and are in slidable contact with the obverse part and/or reverse part of the opening-closing body 3. Foreign matter adhered on the surface of the opening-closing body 3 can be reliably removed with the rotary brush 11, and foreign matter deposited between slats 3a constituting the opening-closing body 3 is also scraped out by the brush pieces 11b being rotated.
