The invention relates to turbine wheel (10), including: a plurality of vanes (20); a disk (12) with the vanes (20) mounted on the periphery thereof, each one of the vanes having a blade (22) rigidly connected to a trunnion (26) inserted in a recess opening onto the periphery of the disk and extending axially between two opposing surfaces of the disk (12), the recesses having a bottom and being separated from one another by portions of the disk forming teeth (16); and devices (40) for holding the vanes (20) axially against the disk (12) including a holding flange exerting a lateral axial force on the teeth (16) of the disk on the one, or the first, of the upstream and downstream sides of the disk (12), wherein each of the teeth includes an axial boss with which the flange engages.
