PURPOSE: A system for managing rental of common bicycle and operating method thereof are provided to each kiosk terminal which is connected to a computer of general control through network, thereby enabling the general control can obtain present condition of bicycle renting of each bicycle rental service center at real time. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle lending place(2) let bicycle for rental. An emergency centers(2') of the bicycle lending place repairs broken bicycles and processes a civil complaint. A central control(1) is connected to each lending place through a wired communication network. A bicycle racks(3) is installed to the lending places. A locking devices(5) is installed to the bicycle holders. A kiosk terminal(6) transmits the return information of the bicycles to the central control. |
