PURPOSE: A method and a system for prepaid card payment through a local travel agency affiliated with an overseas store and a recording medium therefor are provided to supply a card issuing service in overseas through a card issuing institute affiliated with an overseas store, thereby enabling a user to make preparation for domestic travel. CONSTITUTION: If a fixed card issuing terminal(160) accesses a foreign store server(100) through an interface unit(105), an interface providing unit(110) inputs domestic payment card issuance request information. The interface providing unit generates a fixed user interface to be transmitted to the foreign store server. The interface providing unit provides the generated user interface to the card issuing terminal with connection with the interface unit. |
