PURPOSE: A vehicle number recognition information storage system and a vehicle image information search system using the same are provided to implement the related image search by storing the image search information and the license plate number information at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A moving picture photographing part(100) photographs a moving picture of the vehicles. A static image conversion unit(120) converts the moving picture recording into the successive static images. A vehicle information generation part generates the vehicle information required for search synchronization information. A license plate number recognizing part generates the license plate number information by recognizing the license plate number.
