PURPOSE: A soundproof panel between floors of a building, using waste plastic and waste lime, is provided to achieve decorative effect through various colors and design as well as soundproof function. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof panel between floors of a building comprises a panel body(1), synthetic resin coating layers(2,2'), and reinforcing nets(3,3'). The panel body is formed by mixing and foaming waste synthetic resin and waste lime, wherein waste synthetic resin and waste lime are mixed at the ratio of 85~90%:10~15%. The synthetic resin coating layers are formed on both sides of the panel body. The reinforcing nets are formed between the synthetic resin coating layers. |
