<p>PURPOSE: A capacitive type touch panel is provided to have a simple single-layer structure on the surface of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A patterned conductive layer(3) comprises a plurality of first electrode units(31), a plurality of second electrode units(32), and a plurality of separated first conductive lines(33), and a plurality of separated second conductive lines(34). The first electrode units are formed on an electrode formation area(211). The first electrode units are arranged in the first direction.
